Dr. Zaladonis was kind and understanding of my problem. Today there are so many doctors that just don't care. His staff was so thoughtful also. Most impressive was his knowledge and ability to treat my condition. After years of suffering, one visit put me on the way to recovery.
Great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. Due to a family history of skin cancer, I went to see him for a skin exam. I was glad to be given a cloth gown and not a paper gown. He was very thorough with my exam. He found an abnormal mole that I didn't even know I had. He removed it the same day. I went back two weeks later to get my stitches out. He took his time to explain the results and answered my questions. I will go back for my yearly skin exams. I highly recommend this doctor.
I made an appointment in June of 2011. I was told it he is seeing new patients in Dec. I made the appointment for Dec. 28th when I was off from work. On November 23rd I received a call confirming my appointment for the 28th of November. When I called the office I was basically told too bad, I must have made the mistake the next available appointment is May 14, 2012. Hi, Tuesday, ( 1/25 )was my first visit. Everyone,( KAREN, Roxanne, etc.) was polite,patient.. wonderful,and Dr., Zaladonis was very kind, patient and understanding, exemplary staff!! Thanks do much !
I waited to get an appointment but, called others and the wait was the same. Doctor is board certified. ALL staff was very polite and helpfull. Office very clean. No complaints.
Office staff is very rude/abrupt. You almost feel like you are in OZ when you are trying to make an appt., because the office staff seems to delight in telling you how long it will take to get an appt. Even if you have an accute problem. Don't try & beat the system-then you really get K's wrath. They give you an option of a full body check-so they can bill your ins. He must have x-ray vision because he didn't even move the gown. I kept trying to bring his attn. to moles of concern etc. He handed me a chart to to self-checks.... read more
The appointment was worth the wait! I had seen other doctors that were not able to get me better. His treatment worked in 3 days!
Very Wham bam, get em out the door feeling. Even after asking questions or making a comment about something, it seemed like he was just ready to move on, like he uses the same answers on everybody, not very personable, I stopped going to him. The office staff is very nice and efficient though.
Takes a long time to get an appointment, but once he treats you, you do not have to see him for a long time. Very intelligent and understanding. Very serious about his work and to the point. In and out appointments.
