I am glad I had him as a counselor as I have greatly improved my ability to deal with these emotions and now have a better outlook on life. He is very experienced and is able to get to the issues that matter. I really liked how he was able to personally give me attention as he is not in a group and handles all his calls and business personally.
Joseph Hayes is a very down to earth counselor. He has been extremely flexible on his appointment times for me. Joseph helped analyze my paticular situation and ultimately helped me find peace within myself.
I really enjoy my sessions, I always leave more peaceful than when I first came in. He is an excellent listener. I learn something new about myself and my behaviors every visit.

I went to see this man for PTSD and depression and from the beginning he was combative and argumentative with a tendency for being a bully. He definitely does not know how to deal with adults. He only uses the stereotypical treatments found in psychology books. While I was distraught he began using parlor games and card tricks on me. Not useful at all. During a normal conversation he accused me of having anger issues. I have never had anger issues in any way. One track way of counseling.
Finally quit smoking cigarettes after 30 years and I couldn't have done it without Joseph Hayes! Mr. Hayes made the whole process painless from start to finish, patiently answering my questions and putting my mind at ease with the procedure. Highly recommended!
I would recommend Mr Hayes to anyone he is great with my son and my son's loves going to him. He has helped him with his everyday living in school and home,he has improved in everything and I'm happy my son started seeing Mr. Hayes....
He is so easy to talk to, he really listens to what his patients, parents or grandparents have to say. He never rushes through the time. If your looking for an awesome counselor or you need someone to help you with a problem, I highly recommend this man.
Very professional. Shows concern for my children and listens to my concerns as well. My children enjoy talking to him and always look forward to their sessions. I recommend Mr Hayes to everyone!
