He really helps you understand what you’re going through in a way that you will understand it. He helps you get to that next step that you’ve been wanting and needing to get to. He has helped me and is a really easy person to get along with and talk to.
Joseph Hayes cares so much about the patient and their needs. If one ever worries whether a therapist is more concerned about money (whom some are) - this isn't the case with Joseph. He CARES. He reads body language as well as listens to everything you have to say. And 100% of the time, his response is helpful. He never sugar coats, but rather tells you exactly what you need to hear. Hes helped me tremendously, and I recommend him to anyone who needs therapy.
