Joe helped me make the journey from a sad self destructive person, to a happy, confident man looking forward to life. His counseling was personal and very effective. I would recommend him highly, and with no reservations.

Could not reccomend a better Therapist. Talking with Mr. Hayes was very easy, and he was incredibly insightful on a wide range of issues. He is very encouraging, and has a very comfortable air about his practice. Overall he was extremely beneficial to my mental well being, and helped me to grow and develop as a individual.
