In the darkest time of my life, Dr. Jamal came in and saved my life! One of the best, most professional and with a great demeanor! Honest, caring and beyond knowledgeable in his field. My wife Diane was a cancer patient. Jamal ordered a biopsy at hospital. After 4 days & no word on the biopsy, I called Jamal’s office.For 2 days I called, left messages. Nobody would help or even call back. I asked to talk to Jamal directly.He called next day. He gave ME the hosp contact info & told ME to figure it out. I did. I highly recommend Dr Jamal. All questions answered,all options explained in detail,great bedside manner and even his staff was phenomenal!
Dr Jamal is an experienced doctor with great bedside manners. He is easygoing and explains everything In a friendly- good way. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an urologist.
Dr. Jamal was phenomenal! My husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer, and Dr. Jamal was the most thorough, understanding, and excellent consultation we had. He was honest about all of the risks and issues unlike some others. We "shopped around" for many opinions and he was at the top of the list by many other doctors. Just had my second followup. Results were terrific. I had very little discomfort after my surgery Thank you Dr Jamal for the terrific care you gave me.
Incorrectly diagnosed me. Kept feeding me antiobiotics for an infection that I didn't have, when my issue was an overactive bladder (weak muscles in the pelvic area).
Rude and condescending. Very immature.
My experience with Dr. Jamal was excellent. I was diagnosed with a mass on my kidney by my urologist who promptly recommended Dr. Jamal. Dr. Jamal explained my options and I decided to have a partial nephrectomy. Before the surgery Dr. Jamal explained the robotic process to me and reviewed the findings to me in great detail afterwards as to the outcome and what I could expect in the future.
