It was very professional. Dr. Jamal was very kind and very helpful. He explained everything completely and answered all questions.
Dr. Jamal was the ultimate professional. Although it was my first visit with Dr. Jamal, he knew my past bladder issues and the past medications.Very approachable, answered my questions and offered suggestions as to the next best step.
As usual, Dr. Jamal was warm and friendly. We had a discussion about a new therapy that I was put on by a different physician. He listened and understood why we were using it.
