I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jamal. His professionalism, and genuine care made my visit very comfortable. Dr. Jamal took the time to thoroughly explain everything and address my concerns. His entire staff was amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Jamal to anyone seeking top-notch urological care.
We took our mother to see Dr. Jamal after our mother sepent 3 weeks in the hospital and 4 in a rehab. He was very kind, knowledgable, and listened carefully to all of the details. He came up with a plan of attack, and set it in motion. He even personally called a GI colleague and got us an appointment within two hours to check into some GI symptoms that may be involvde in my mother's diagnosis.

Very satisfied with the professional services. Took all my questions and answered all with complete satisfaction
I waited two weeks to get an appt. Entered all of my information online including specific health insurance information. Over the last two weeks I have filled out 3 different surveys from them and fielded at least 5 automated messages about my visit, and what to sign up for etc etc. after all the waiting and jumping through hoops, I get a call one day before to say they don’t accept my insurance.
