My annual is free based on my insurance , but this medical office charges you for everything!! No other medical doctor does this! And then you have go in for lab results and they charge for that too and they billed wrong codes for your lab work so you get charged much higher bill! Call your insurance because this is clearly fraud!!!

I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The lady at the front desk had the worst attitude and was extremely rude. I decided to go somewhere else. If from the start a patient it’s going to be treated this way I am not going to waste my time. The doctor might be great I will never know. They should evaluate better who they hired or provided better training for customer service representatives.
Family Medical Center is a really good place with a professional staff that cares about their patients health. The staff is very caring and understanding always willing to help people. I highly recommend anyone who looking for good medical services to come to family medical center.
