My wife and I were traveling earlier this month and needed a driver's side outside mirror repair. (The mirror was knocked out of the frame by a Michigan highway repair traffic cone.) Both the service rep and repair tech could not have been nicer or more helpful. The service rep immediately looked at my problem and then had a tech see what he could do. Do not buy from this dealership. They get you financed, with a really HIGH payment, and then three weeks later they decide nope you can't have the financing and you have to return the vehicle. Go somewhere else. I bet you can get better customer service and payments at a buy here pay here than you can from this dealership. At least a buy here pay here won't leave you stranded without a vehicle.
What an excellent experience I had with this dealership. I called Arvin Ridley and told him the exact car I wanted and he delivered in every way. One week later a brand new car arrived that he had moved from another area to be the exact car I wanted. I came in signed the paper work and drove off into the sunset ... just that simple. I will always rely on Joseph Toyota Vandelia and Arvin to get the job done.
