If I could give less than one star I would. I just got off the phone with Dan Johnson, the used car manager, who was very demeaning and verging on yelling as he told me that you take a chance when you buy used as opposed to new (after explaining to him how my husband's Bluetooth hasn't work since the week after he brought the car home). Went to Joseph Airport Hyundai to buy a used car on a suggestion from a friend. I was a little hesitant going alone but did anyways because I was in need of a new car (used car). Im a single mom and didn't know what to expect but my experience was GREAT! Ron Allyn helped me find a car that was dependable and affordable. Horrible experience! Promises made that were not kept!! my advice when shopping , Do not let the "strike force warranty" that is spoken of for repairs fool you like it did my fiance & I , make sure you throughly go over it with a fine tooth comb!! Along with the General Maintenance warranty! Most of everything is NOT COVERED! Sales man was nice but being new to the business "excused" his promises & his manager ( DAN) well you be the judge of that one!! This is the Vandalia Location as well
