Dr Borromeo is not only an excellent surgeon but first and foremost a caring and thoughtful individual. He is exceptional at explaining and taking the time to answer all our questions.
Dr. Borromeo recently performed my mom's surgery. He was just exceptional all around. Technically great, great bedside manner. Couldn't have asked for a better doctor.
