I did extensive research after being diagnosed with an overactive parathyroid which lead me to TGH Dr. Lopez and Dr. Politz. After doing a virtual consult I traveled from PA to Tampa for a procedure and am so grateful to Dr. Lopez and his team for their kindness, expert care and follow-up. Dr. Lopez is the perfect combination of skill, knowledge, compassion and humor to keep you at ease. The entire team is fantastic!

I traveled from Chicago to be treated by Dr. Lopez and his incredible team at TGH. Dr.Lopez & his entire staff by far is the best. Everyone made me feel like I mattered. I was a little scared when I arrived but once I started talking & engaging with everyone I calmed down tremendously. Dr.Lopez called me that night after my surgery to check on me which made me happy & Nurse Carla called the day after. I highly recommend Dr. Lopez. I live three hours from Tampa and would not have gone anywhere else. Dr. Lopez and his staff are informative, thorough, and answered all my questions. Dr. Lopez is very reassuring. I had to wait to schedule my parathyroidectomy due to other personal health issues but they would have been able to schedule within two weeks.
