His office has moved downstairs from the large group of doctors. Everything was much more personal and efficient. The check-in and wait time were very quick. And Dr. Alvarez came in for my check-up more quickly, too. He is a very caring doctor and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a cardiologist.
I love dr. Alverez! He will take time out to explain why a medication is important including drawings. Excellent md very knowledgeable. I trust him with my heart. The office is very efficient. I was able to complete testing and see dr. Alverez in one day. I like the smaller downstairs suite. Much more personalized.
It was great. As I said, he answered everything I asked and more.
Dr Alvarez is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. He is very patient and explains everything carefully so the patient understands. The wait time to see him isn’t very long. I highly recommend Dr Jorge Alvarez.
well saved my life now twice with his skills, when i was on the brink of death both times. very straight forwards about your needs to improve your health, and tells it in a average persons language yet isn't judgemental and he has understanding about the difficulties and struggles each of us face to do so. the minute he heard that I was on my way in he was right there. after surgery tells you exactly what was done non technical way so you can understand... he has done great by me...
I was seen by his NP Denise Vega. She was very professional and extremely nice. She was on point and gave me my results and gave me advice on how to take care of myself and my heart problems. She was awesome.
Dr. Alvarez is an amazing doctor. Not only does he spend time diagnosing but he actually goes the extra step to listen. I recommend him as a number one cardiologist.

I actually look forward to appointments with Dr. Alvarez and his staff. I always leave knowing more than I did coming in and feel reassured that the path I've been put on is the best for me and my family. They are all friendly, cheerful, and professional in addition to being extremely competent. Of course, I may be a bit biased given that Dr. Alvarez literally saved my wife's life.

Dr. Alvarez has been my cardiology doctor since installing my stent about 8 or 9 years ago. I liked and trusted him from the first visit. He put me at ease and I felt confident that he would do his best for me. His staff is professional but accessible. I feel comfortable talking to anyone in his office. I never feel rushed or get the sense that they are in a hurry to get to the next patient. I am the most important person in the room and I feel that with each visit.
