Doctor Alvarez has been the best Doctor I have ever had. He explains things and seems to care. His nurse is excellent also.

Like all visits, wait time was minimal, the appt. was thorough, unrushed and left me with the feeling that my health mattered.
I have been a patient of Dr. Alvarez since 2007. What a great guy he is. He is always upbeat and puts your mind at ease when you come to his office with concerns. He listens, and talks with you like you were family. He genuinely cares about your well being. If you are in need of a great cardiologist he and his staff will not disappoint you. I have recommended him to friends and family members and will continue to do so.

Dr Alvarez and his staff are amazing. I don't love that I have heart disease, but I am grateful and thankful that they take care for you from the get go. They are amazing, thoughtful, caring staff. Dr. Alvarez treats you like family. I am blessed to have found you.

If you want to know which doctor to go see, ask a nurse. Dr Alvarez came highly recommended and I am so glad I saw him. Very patient, explained all things to me. Always on time and pleasant. His history as a cardiologist is well know in the Methodist system and the care he provided was the best. His office staff are the same. I had a very good experience and was always treated with courtesy and repeat. Fantastic physician and staff.
Dr Alvarez is an outstanding cardiologist. He listens to your concerns and offers advice on procedures to remedy the problem. His office and support staff are also great. Appointments are on time. His advice is in layman's terms and easily understood.
I was immediately called by the nurse. Then Dr. Alvarez's Nurse came in to check with me to ask about my follow-up visit. Dr. Alvarez then came in right after that. I had all of my questions answered and he scheduled another appointment in Mid March to make sure everything was on track. I highly recommend Dr. Alvarez and his staff to take care of any heart problems. I was finished at 11:30.
