I always get excellent service at Jordan Ford in Mishawaka IN. I ave leased several cars from them.
Chris was great! He was very attentive to detail. Vehicle returned in a very timely manner.
Chris was exceptional! Service was done promptly at the time scheduled. Car was clean and returned promptly.
BEWARE! In 2022 this dealer scammed me into paying too much for a car. I asked them never to contact me again, but they keep contacting me. Stay away from this spam dealer.
I was in and out before I knew it. I was greeted by the most friendly customer service agent. He followed up after the car was serviced by walking me through every thing they did. All in all a very good experience.

The staff was friendly, they ordered the parts the day before and I was in there for less than an hour.
Brought my new truck in for recalls the service writer was fantastic, but for some reason the radio issue is worse than when I brought it in. There were three electronic recalls. Not sure if the other two were fixed or not but the radio issue is still there. Guess I’ll have to go back next week🤷♂️
Great follow up! Brandy and Dave were great to deal with. They kept me informed as I waited on the delivery of my Bronco!
