Multiple pet stains throughout hand tufted 9x12 patterned wool rug.i had zero hope it would come back without smells or stains. Unbelievable. Never used this company before, I was desperate. Now I want everyone to know, use Jonquil! Worth every penny!!

Our oriental rug was very wet due to a small flood in the apartment. I called Jonquil immediately as it was very wet and the smell was that of a wet dog. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and asked questions pertaining to the rug in order to give me an estimate. She then said she would send workers over shortly to remove the rug (particularly as it smelled terrible) and gave me an estimate.
