Very impressed with customer service and quick help for my "carpet emergency" (thank you, cat). Also did a great job on my wool rugs, which I sent to be cleaned. Happy camper here!
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Jonquil. I got 2 area rugs cleaned, nothing major really but they needed some TLC. The experience with Jonquil, from calling and getting questions answered to getting my rugs back, was seamless! Great experience: Jonguil brought two old high traffic area rugs back to life via cleaning and repairs to both. Excellent work, price, communication and service.
I cannot rave enough about how wonderful my experience with this company was. Everyone was extremely accommodating, always professional and my rugs have never looked better. I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking to have their rugs cleaned.
I had an easy and great experience with Jonquil Rug Cleaning! My rugs had a significant amount of pet urine and pet fur on them and when I picked them up they looked and smelled great! I dropped them off in less than 10 minutes and then got a text a few days later when it was ready to be picked up! I also got a custom cut rug pad for one of my specialty sized rugs!
