Don't believe the lies! After reading the other posts, I've realized why they are all similar ... THEY WERE POSTED BY THE SAME PERSON WHO'S JUST PISSED OFF! I dare you to read them and then say they aren't from the same guy just trying to slander the clinic! I am utterly aghast that anyone could think this poorly of what I consider one of the best animal hospitals in the valley.
THE BEST YOU WILL EVER FIND.... I have been taking my dog to Dr. Kempf for almost a year when I got him as a puppy. On his puppy visit, he had a reaction to the flea meds and Dr. Kempf took him back in right away and corrected the problem. ALL my friends recommended him and I understand why. The practice is great. They take all walk ins. If you don't have an appointment, you will wait longer as a walk in, but that is in any practice (vet or human doc). I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment!!! I had to take my dog in to see Dr Diaz due to the mailman hit him and left. I can not tell you how upset, scared, and worried I was that my best friend was unable to use any of his body. We walked in, no apt, and they took us in like we had been there before. Unfortunatly they had to call a day later to tell me that my beloved pup passed away. With in a few days I had received a card in the mail from Dr. Diaz and some of the staff saying how sorry they were....GREAT people! A ye... read more
A COMMENT ABOUT DR. JONES Dr. Jones only cares about himself. One of the other reviews stated to stop and think that maybe the client was arrogant and rude. Well maybe you should stop and think that the client is telling the truth and wants to spare someone else the unnecessary stress that he or she went through. Any man or woman has to know deep inside when they are wrong about something. If this person cannot step up to the plate and apologize, is this someone you want to take care of your animal?
Dr. Jones is a wonderful and caring veterinarian Was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Jones. I have been totally satisfied with the care my Shih Tzu has gotten. He has been courteous and caring. If there is something that he isn't sure of he lets me know that he will consult with another & get back to me. There is no doctor that knows everything about every animal. That is why we have consult visits. I appreciate being able to see him any day that he is there without an appointment. Fees at WCAH I feel are fair and compete... read more
Jones Gregory DVM - West Charleston Animal Hosp is I would never recommend them to anyone. Doctor Jones is very inexperienced and only in it for the money. He pretends to care but he really doesn't. He is very happy to take your money though, and their prices are quite high. If you must go there, see Dr. Carney.
Cancer recovery! This hospital has been caring for my dogs and cat for 6 years. I have had great service and my animals love to go there. Recently, my german shepherd was diagnosed with cancer. There performed the surgery in December and have continued with follow-up. So far we are clear of any recurrance.

BEWARE! THEY ARE CARELESS!! I have been taking my dogs to this animal hospital for the past 4 years and I will never bring them back again! Before leaving on a short weekend trip last month, I brought my three small dogs to this place for boarding.
