excellent vets We have an adult cryptorchid shepherd. Dr Jones is so very caring, and staff member Amanda went to great lengths to assuage our fears. The outcome was perfect. We have seen Dr K, Dr A, and Dr R there as well, we have great confidence in the team.
Dr. Jones should go back to school Dr. Jones does not give his clients individual attention. You can be waiting for him in one room while he is with another client in another room. While you may be waiting to have tests done, then he will be in another room. When he finally gets back to you and you are getting ready to leave, he is already with another client. STAY AWAY!!!! I took my puppy here after she had mis-stepped and took a tumble in the park. After xrays, I was told she had fractured her pelvic bone in 3 places, needed emergency surgery to place plates and pins in. I was also told she had blood in her urine and the bone may have punctured her bladder. My only other option to this $4000 surgery, plus rehab cost, was to put her down.They referred me to a specialist. Dr. Jones is not who he appears to be. My dog was seriously misdiagnosed and Dr. Jones never followed up or called to apologize because he has too big an ego and a God Syndrome to humble himself. He doesn't care about the animals, he just cares about how much money is in his wallet. Not real 24 hour emergency care I took my cat here that suddenly got very sick and needed treatment and emergency care immediately. The doc didn't want to treat him to get him more stable. Only wanted to run every test not considering that my cat was in critical condition and running all the tests would be too stressful. I have worked with vets and my mom is a licensed vet. tech with over 20 years experience and she could not even get him to treat or try to stabilize my cat. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! Doctor Jones has been handling the care of all of our dogs for over 3 years now and has been nothing short of professional, caring and extemely knowledgable. When something comes up he is not familiar with he will not try to diagnose without consulting other doctors or reading the book to find the correct answer. When you read some of the complaints stop to think that maybe the person writing that was very rude and arrogant as many people can be. Would Recommend to AnyOne! That is so weird that the other lady had a bad experience here. I would like to know what Vet at the clinic she talked to... I was referred to this vet from my Vet out of state - that was 5 years ago. I have been seeing them since. (I stick with the Gentlemen Vets in the clinic... I seem to get the non-nonsense, no-added expense version from them). They do a great job & don't jerk you around. It is what it is & when it comes to taking care of my animals thats how I like it to be.
This place is AWESOME! From the front office to the back office, this animal hospital is a wonderful place to bring your pets. All of the staff is friendly, helpful and will make you and your pet feel comfortable. Our pupply was created (our English Bulldog was born by way of artificial insemination) and born at this hospital. We saw Dr. Jones and he was extremely professional, caring, and compassionate. He was also very patient with all of our questions regardiing our first puppy in the family. Definitely take your pet here... read more
