RecommendedWe love living at Jones Grant! The space is always neat and clean. The only downside is that some people do not pick up their pet's waste. That can be annoying!
Awesome price for the close to downtown location. Staff is very quick to help with any issues and always follow up! Just renewed my lease for another year!
We just officially moved in, but from the beginning of the apartment searching process to now the customer service of the office team cannot be matched in the Raleigh area! Symone, Hiba, and all others have been incredibly friendly and helpful through this whole process. Any concerns we have had were handled quickly and professionally by Traci. It's a peaceful, clean haven. I love the amenities, location, and my apartment!
We just relocated here from IL over a month ago and are so happy we choose to rent at Jones Grant! Staff is great, pool is awesome, the complex is clean and very well kept. We love living here! The location is perfect as well!
