I was having back pain of levels that it was preventing me from getting any real exercise, and encroaching on day to day routine actions as well. I was doing extra walks on my breaks again before Christmas, and I still need to do more, but I feel like I am able to, and that was a "deal-breaker" as recently as mid-November.
