The service is great my service writer is Laffit Valencia he's the greatest of all. He always keep up what's going on with my XT5 cadillac wouldn't trade him for nothing. My salesman ( David) is great also I bought 2 cars from them.
I purchased my vehicle from Jones 3 years ago and the Customer Service then was excellent. I have had the service to my same vehicle done at Jones for the last 3 years and the service has remained the same, excellent!! Amazing experience!! I was able to trade in my 2016 Ford Expedition for a 2020 Chevy Traverse 3LT WITH little to no issues at all! Mr. Chris and Mr. Steven are solid people to work with. I’m very happy to be back in a Chevrolet! Thank you so much! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Great staff, lots of personality, black-and-white business, no deception ,no dealer fees, 20 year 200k mile warranty for new chevys and a overall Great dealership that takes care of their customers before and after the sale. More car less money guaranteed!
I love the vehicle but the customer service I was promised has yet to be delivered. I purchased a used car that wasn’t properly cleaned, have taken it up there twice to be detailed and both times left with a dirty car.
Chris was very helpful! He made sure I was comfortable and he explained every to me while I wanted for everything to go through! I told him what I wanted and he made it happen! If you want to purchase your next vehicle, I recommend you to come here and ask for Chris!
