They were very helpful. I had a special request for a manual transmission and they gave me a loaner car for 2 weeks until they located one. Ray and Mr Jones were a big help.

Alan was awesome. Really knew his product and all the features on NV 200. I thought he was very patient and didn’t feel pressured at any time. So far, we bought 2 Jeeps, a Hyundai Sante Fe, a Subaru Outback, an incredible F150 King Ranch and now the Nissan. Jones for a lifetime is unbeatable. We wouldn’t even consider using another dealer even though we have family working for Ford.
The salesman was very nice and accommodating, the wait to have the vehicle cleaned and delivered was way too long,
the showroom is beautiful and while I wait I can get my nails done! the sales people are not pushy. Ray Washington always treats me great and laughs at my not-so-funny humor.
