always friendly, plus you get free oil changes and car washes. oh and let's not forget those free manicures ladies.
Ray was great at his job. Way to much pressure by sales person to purchase under coating and sealants.

This was my first time buying at Jones Bel Air Nissan. From the moment I walked in till I left it was a great experience. Steve Zell and Ray Washington went above and beyond to help me find the right car. I test drove a few different cars and they were very patient while I made my decision. I am now a Jones for a Lifetime customer!
Outside of the courteous salesman who did his best, the rest of my Nissan experience to include the service department and dealing with Nissan and their shoddy quality of cars and faulty parts a lot to be desired!
This is my 7th purchase from the Jones family and my 5th Nissan. So I think it’s safe to say that I think they’re the greatest ! Extremely helpful dealers always have me leaving very satisfied. So I recommend them very highly.
