The worst service department will not fix warranty work. Do not spend your hard earned money in any Jones Junction.....
All the sale person was very helpful especially Walter he was my sale person very helpful went into detail about everything and he found a trunk that I wanted with all the features I wanted personally was great I would recommend Jones Nissan.even the mangers their was helpful
The staff at Jones made me feel welcome and comfortable. They turned a very stressful process for me very smooth. I would most definitely refer them to anyone I know that's car shopping and I would definitely go back for any future vehicle purchases.
Ray Washington was the best! He helped walk my daughter through her first vehicle purchase!! He started with the idea we were not buying anything. But he helped her understand everything so well that she ended up making a purchase!! Excellent experience!!

Great group of people to deal with from Will my salesperson to the very informative and knowledgeable gentleman who gave me the keys and provided new car instruction. Everyone at Jones was willing to work with me and got me into the car I wanted with the price and financing I needed for my budget! I highly recommend this dealership !
