Love my salesman and service but the after market part is absolutely horrible everyone have an attitude because my seat belts wasn’t installed in my 3rd row! Sherry was a smart mouth and automotive concepts the owner Bob was terrible too! I had to cancel my family vacation due to my seat belts never was bolted in at all!! Patiently waiting for the DM to call me! I will never send nobody there again! #notacustomerforlife#
Just bought my new Nissan a few weeks ago after trading in my MINI and I love this new car! Ray Washington was awesome!! Personable, honest and real. I’ve always heard good things about Jones and I’m happy to be a part of the family! So far, so good!
Great people and was very understanding to my situation.
So far everyone I’ve encountered has been courteous and helpful. I go in and I’m out in a short time. I don’t let oil changes go too far beyond sticker date. My sales person and my mechanics have been wonderful. Overall experience has been wonderful!!!
