I had a horrible experience from a Nissan dealership in Pa. I arrived at 8 pm on a Saturday evening and did not leave until approximately 10:30 p.m. they stayed until we reached the right Rogue for me. They went above and beyond what you would expect from a dealership. Very patient and professional. Thank you Michael, Steve, Jay and Eric. It was worth the 1 hour drive! You have a customer for life! Enjoy the pizza. You guys are the best! I love my new 2017 Rogue !
Love my new Nismo!!! Great customer service!!!!!! Came in to buy a Rogue SUV, test drove the Nismo and fell in love! Mike really invested a lot of time to work with my husband and I to get the numbers to a good spot; it took FOUR HOURS, and he stayed past closing time to show me the car's features! Fantastic.
They talk to you like you're an idiot and don't know anything about cars then they second guess what you're telling them. I will never go there again for service I would rather drive to Wilmington Delaware to a different Nissan dealer. When I picked up the vehicle a guy was in there getting his flat tire fixed they washed his car for him I spent $1,500 and they didn't wash my car.
Bought a new Pathfinder at Jones. This is one of many cars we have purchased through them. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone involved. No pressure put on us. Everyone involved was pleasant and informative. We were told to take our time with our testing of the vehicles. Once we made our purchase, a lot of time was spent showing me all the details in my new vehicle and it was done in a very thorough manner.
