Everything on time. All were personable and you can have a conversation with Dr. Donaldson. Very empathetic.
Staff were polite and professional. I saw Dr Donaldson quickly. He was very professional and explained everything in easy to understand terms and gave me my options.
Professional knowledgeable and able to allay any patient fears
Dr Donaldson was, as always, pleasant and was careful to explain possibilities well.He told of several options to consider and we arranged follow-p calls and visits.
Even as busy as Dr. Donaldson is he took time to explain the test results and offered the direction he recommended I take. I appreciated that very much.
My appointment was April 8 at 11 am. I arrived at the appointed hour & was told the doctor was running 15 minutes behind. I waited 40 minutes & asked the receptionist why the delay. I was then told Dr. Donaldson was running 90 minutes behind. I then asked to be rescheduled. Very poor front office attention to patients.
He is a great health care provider. Also got good news about my pda check up
