His kindness and wonderful bedside manner. He took time to listen and his focus was on the patient. He didn't make you feel rushed or like you were just a number. In today's world where service, professionalism, and genuine concern for the patient and helping them have been hard to find, it is not true in Dr Donaldson or his staff. I would highly recommend him to others.
Dr Donaldson never rushes. Is always interested in what is going on in my life and my family. Have been using him for over 27 years. First with both of my children and now with me.
Dr. Donaldson always takes his time to explain medical diagnoses and treatments. I never feel like I’m just a number and he needs to move on to the next patient! He is very patient and comforting and takes his time and makes sure I understand what is happening to my body.
Everyone was so calm, interested and unhurried.
As always, Dr. Donaldson was caring and informative. He addressed all concerns and answered all our questions.
He is a good listener and has a very calming manner.
