As always Dr. Donaldson listened intently to my symptoms and concerns and carefully laid out my options of treatment and even anticipated my costs. He further suggested a backup plan after I voiced what I wanted to try for treating my problem.
He listened carefully, explained everything he was going to do, and did so with a very friendly manner.
Perfect and to the point. Addressed all my concerns.

Everytime I visit Dr. Donaldson's office the staff is always polite, helpful and very thorough from check-in to check-out. Dr. Donaldson is an awesome doctor and always addresses any concerns and questions with kindness and care! I was referred to him and have referred him to another close family member of mine. Best Dr. Ever!
Annual visit post renal cancer removal. Dr D has been great and very reassuring keeping me healthy

I had a kidney stone. Dr Donaldson did emergency surgery. When I came to at 9PM, Dr Donaldson was bedside with a comforting smile on his face. I can’t thank him enough for such excellent patient care!! What a fantastic doctor! !There is no other compassionate doctor in the entire Lowcountry!!!! Thank you!!!
His kindness and wonderful bedside manner. He took time to listen and his focus was on the patient. He didn't make you feel rushed or like you were just a number. In today's world where service, professionalism, and genuine concern for the patient and helping them have been hard to find, it is not true in Dr Donaldson or his staff. I would highly recommend him to others.
