Tried calling the office to make an appointment. As soon as they receptionist answers the phone they immediately place you on hold. I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. During that time no one came back and said anything. No sorry for the wait, we will be with you in one moment. Nothing!! I wonder if the ophthalmologist realizes how much they are losing this way.
