Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? Yes

Did you experience any numbness after your appointment with this chiropractor? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? Yes, I didn't have to drive anywhere! Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, I got what was promised Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat

Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Yes, they updated me about what stage I was at in my recovery Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Were this chiropractor's adjustments gentle? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? Yes, I didn't have to drive anywhere!
