We highly recommend Jon McBride. Since we were moving here from out of state, Jon and his assistant Julia had to take care of procedures here. Once he knew what we were looking for, he sent us listings for us to consider. Our first walk-through of the house was done via Facetime while he gave us a grand tour. We had some delays, but he was very knowledgeable, gave us excellent advice, and took care of things for us.
