Great staff, they actually listen, very clean facility
We sought out Dr Tunkel (ENT) at Johns Hopkins months ago as a second opinion for a tracheostomy. (Which is now gone!!)We have had nothing but positive experiences since the second we met him. From the outpatient center, to the helpful staff in the halls, and the personalized expert patient care provided by Dr Tunkel and the ENT team, we have been overwhelmingly impressed. Such a great hospital! All the doctors, nurses, and other staff are so wonderful and nice. Never had one problem there. Dr. Tis is an amazing surgeon.

the love that they have for children
I have not been treated well in the ER. yesterday I came in with bad belly pains and all they did was give me meds since nothing showed up on x-ray but did show up on the ultrasound. I'm in worst pain now. it was a rough night last night. my Dr who saw me in ER was rude. I never want to see her again.
