Dr. Robert Greenberg made racist remarks to a family of an ill child. This is reportedly not his first time.

Get rid of your racist dr. ( not enough respect to use a capital letter for the dr.)
carefully screen all employees, no matter what profession. and immediately act on all reports of racism, or abuse keeping the victims aware of each finding and outcome.
