RecommendedMy recommendation to JH Bayview is to have a better communication between employees and patient’s relative. My mother had 2 surgeries already @ Bayview due to Auto Accident and this was her 3rd this morning. The surgery went well, the surgeon is awesome except when you have to see the patient after the surgery. I wasn’t notify that my mother was already been transported to her room from the recovery area. When I asked the person at the surgery waiting area she wasn’t sure what happen. Was in ER with husband. We had a wait. The ER needs more staff and more rooms. The staff was awesome. We sat in a fairly crowded waiting room. There were people with psych issues, drunks and drug abusers. I felt the staff handled things well. My recommendation...don't go to ER for things you can deal with at Urgent Care. Go to ER when it's an actual emergency.
there team of doctors and nurses
The G.I. Department, specifically Dr. John Clarke, helped me tremendously during my new found diagnosis of Gastroparesis. When he left last year, he placed me in good hands with Dr. Stein and she continues to keep me straight! Thankful for doctors who are able to help me with such a difficult diagnosis.
good service and community relations
My spouse came here for chest pains and they said that he will be fine and he can wait. The nurse at the desk is ignorant and rude. I requested to speak to the Head Nurse and it’s been 2hrs. Worst hospital ever.
