I always have the greatest customer experience here! The office staff is friendly and very thorough (ie: clear) with information involving your insurance, plans, and payment. My hygienist (Margo) is amazing! She explained everything about my cleaning and my upcoming dental work (fillings). Plus, she is super easy on the teeth -- perfect for people who are skittish of going to the dentist! Extremely Happy We disliked our prior dentist's office so much that we didn't go for a year. :( When benefit enrollment came around, I immediately switched insurance coverage to a plan where you could choose your own dentist. I searched for months before finally landing on Dr. Joseph due to the number of excellent reviews found on several different websites. My family and I are extremely happy with this choice. You’re Tops!! Thanks to Dr. Ben and Staff You’ve been accommodating my needs beyond the call of duty. Once I showed up on the wrong day for a cleaning appointment and your receptionist gladly squeezed me in on that day. Today roughly two hours before my appointment I canceled and the receptionist unhesitatingly waived the fee when I explained a family emergency.
