Overall the dental appointment was outstanding,the front desk reminders and persistent follow through for request for insurance updates. The dental hygienist was exceptional. I will have to say this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever witnessed. Previous cleaning experience would result in sore gums which were less than a satisfactory experience. Thanks for your outstanding work and friendly customer service. As usual, my visit this week to my dentist, Dr. Benjamin Joseph, was very positive. The staff is outstanding and the service is first class. I had my teeth cleaned by the same young lady that cleaned my teeth on my last visit. She remembered me and did her work efficiently and competently while making me feel very comfortable. My teeth cleaning started right on time which I appreciate.
