Johns Creek Dentistry visit 02/13/19 Longer wait than normal; appointment was at 4PM, but didn’t get called back until 4:20PM. Hygienist was friendly, gentle, professional and thorough. Overall good experience. One suggestion for improvement besides reducing wait times, would be to be sensitive to scheduling/timing of major dental work evolutions so as to minimize patient co-pays when possible. Special Treatment Everytime I love going to the dentist, how many people do you hear say that? We do! Our entire family always feel like we are special at Dr. Joseph's office. They are all friendly, attentive and super customer service related! We wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Thank you for always making us feel awesome leaving with a gleaming smile.
