My first visit was phenomenal, Dr. Joseph and his staff was very attentive to my needs and comfort during my visit. Everyone was very professional, and when it came to my treatment plan Dr. Joseph was extremely thorough ensuring he didn't skip or miss anything. We are new to the area, so I wanted to find a Doctor and his/her staff that will meet mine and my family needs. I found just that in John's Creek Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, P.A. I am a happy patient!

Longer wait than normal; appointment was at 4PM, but didn’t get called back until 4:20PM. Hygienist was friendly, gentle, professional and thorough. Overall good experience. One suggestion for improvement besides reducing wait times, would be to be sensitive to scheduling/timing of major dental work evolutions so as to minimize patient co-pays when possible. We recently got hit with a major out of pocket expense for my daughter’s wisdom teeth extraction, which, had it been scheduled sooner, would have saved us a bunch of mo... read more
