My kid and I ate here earlier and sat at the counter top, we were greeted right away by a nice young lady with a very nice smile her name is Adrianna. She was very nice and took very good care of us! We will be back for sure! Just wish they still had the shake with the biscoff cookies still.
Me and my son liked it and my girlfriend liked it she never ate there before and she like the hamburgers great we will be back
The worst experience ever! Rude waitress. Didn't ever check on us. Didnt receive entire kids meal when I questioned her she said oh the menu is messed up. Bathrooms a mess no paper towels of seat covers. Horrible experience
I've been to JR in So Cal, AZ and even on a cruise to the Bahamas, but this was the worst one I've been to! Granted, it was before a hockey game, but other than the awesome servers, the food was very "underwhelming"! Maybe they're better when there's not a game, and they don't try to rush the food!, but I won't suggest eating there! Bummer, because I normally love their food!
Today we were not greeted when we were standing to be seated. Waitress walked passed at least 3 times and didnt say nothing. They did see us but kept staring. Then finally i asked if we were going to be seated. Then someone came to seat us, but then we decided to walk out. The reason being if the costumer service is bad the food is gona be bad.
Shitty ass service. I will never go back to west gate Jonny rockets again. I don't know how they keep their doors open
