Staff was great, service quick, drinks always full, and food was delicious!
Gage was our server, he was the epitome of what customer service is. He was extremely kind, and very professional. Our food was delicious, definitely hit the spot for our burger craving. Will definitely return and hopefully see Gage!
Horrible service did not get any help from servers. The only person who help and did good job was the hostess.
I've been to Johnny Rocketson several occasions and never have i had a bad experience or bad food. As a matter of fact i'm dying to try your mushroom with swiss..to die for!
Our experience today was not very good... We had to wait longer than we should've to be seated. We ordered the fries with bacon and cheese; the cheese was kind of gross and the portion was small, especially for the price. The burgers were likewise overpriced and mostly bun, although they did taste good... The sodas were also overpriced. We decided to skip getting milkshakes because of the overall quality of everything. Really disappointing.
Service is horrible!!! Waitress took 20 minutes to take order and would not even ask if we needed anything during our meal... Horrible!!!
