I usually come here after I go to the movies. This time I waited 20 minutes for them to take my order. 2 other customers came in, ordered their food to go and got their food before they even took our order. They weren't even busy. They then took forever to get our food out to us and when longer to run my card. I think it's time to find a new after movie place.
Wonderful food and the service was great. The milkshake was a little disappointing though. I would definitely eat there again though.
Poor service. Many young inexperienced people. I asked for one thing, was served another and overcharged. Didn’t want to complain because the waitress would not have understood! Also they don’t serve turkey burgers at his location so I ended up with a $6.00 grilled cheese that didn’t even come with fries. Won’t be revisiting that nightmare.
Google says that they are closed - they weren't. Place wasn't even half full, but wait staff was overwhelmed. Too many employees standing around, talking to each other. Food was very good and tasty. 3 out of 5
Terrible. I buy the Entertainment book every year and had a coupon for 20 percent off the entire bill. I also had two others for buy one get one free at 2 other restaurants there but we went to Johnnys. We waited forever for our food. The bowl of Chili had no beans. When the bill came and I told him I had a coupon no one knew who the manager was on duty. Finally a lady came and said they can't take my coupon. I said is this your address?? Was totally blindsided with the "event menu" tonight. I didn't even know there was a hockey game. Extremely inflated prices and poor service.
Service was awful. Had to ask to be served and waited forever for our check. Food was eh.
