My husband and I both got BLT's. They were terrible. The bacon was cold & the fries were Luke warm. I won't be going back there. The one at Arrowhead mall is better.
It was a hockey game night and we we one of the first customer seated before the rush. Took 15 min to get our drink order taken. The server brought my son the shake he ordered, no spoon or napkins and she basically threw it in the counter so that it spilled. We were seated at 535 Pm and got our food at 620. Our plates had been sitting on the counter for 10 min. Son finished his shake, not once did she check on us to see if we needed refills or anything. Scarfed our food down in 15 min. I want to thank all the staff that took care of us on Sunday July 16th 2017 for my Niecy 10th Birthday Celebration with family & friends! We all had a wonderful & enjoyable time there, although there we're over 50+ of us! Johnny Rockets Staff really took care of us! We greatly appreciate your work & great service! Thanks for making My Niecy Birthday a very special day for her!!!
Our waitress was very nice. It was very busy on the 4th of July. She made a mistake but redeemed herself quite nicely. Enjoyed the food, french fries and onion rings were very good.
