Several minutes spent waiting to be seated without being acknowledged. Delivery of food okay but order was made for my children incorrectly. Adults were done eating by the time the children's food arrived. Upkeep between tables sloppy- napkins, fries, crumbs left under tables between customers.
We stopped there yesterday after spending time at the EAA. The service was fantastic, so friendly and accommodating for our family. The food was delish!! We all cleaned our plates. We hope to return soon and often!!!
After the experience I had today I would NEVER in my life I'm going back to this location, to start we had to wait 45 minutes to be seated, then 20 minutes to order food, and then 65 min to get our food, finally we got our food and everything was cold on one of my daughters never got her food at all, try to talk to the manager and he was the rudest person he was on the phone with someone else and not even listening to us, and his response was are you going to eat your food or not, not even sorry we can make you a different b... read more

Went there today and it was one of the worst first impressions of a restaurant I've ever had in my life. We ordered our food and shakes and after 20 minutes our shakes finally came. Then all we ordered for food was two burgers which finally came about another 25 minutes after our shakes and by that time our shakes were gone. Then I eat my burger which by the way didn't even taste that great I went to go use the bathroom and the men's bathroom was out of order. Great retro restaurant, great food, but Saturday lunch hour was busy. We joined some friends already seated, and they had a long wait for their food. So did we. They did take $1 off each of our orders, so there's that. Good, fun place to eat though. Unfortunately, we just missed the Rockin' Robin dance. Boo.

Took a long time for order service was slow and only 6 tables were filled! Fries were an extra 2.00, we maybe got a handful at the most!! Sad
We had a party of 5, and this was seriously THE BEST service I have experienced anywhere in a really long time! I think her name was Adriana. If you get her, consider yourself taken care of! Food was great, atmosphere interesting, overall A+++
