Terrible service. Had to wait forever. 2 tables next to us have already complained about the food. Can't wait to see what we get.
Unprofessional wait staff! 40 minutes for drinks, wrong shake and no food because the wait was going to be another 10 minute wait!
this is a awsome place....quit complaining about waiting for service!! the people are awsome who work there..always smiling no matter the stress they under...ill always come back n wait for my quality food...fun people who sing to music...to those complaining stay away...more room for us that love this place!
I thought the food was fantastic as well as the waitress. It's a fun atmosphere to be in for sure!
Very poor service and to much money for amount of food
Never again will we go here. We figured we would try this place since it was close to the mall and wanted to cool off with some shakes. We got seated and took 10 min for someone to come up to us. We then ordered our shakes and waiting another 20 min for a shake that tasted like mcdonalds shakes. What a waste of money. My shake was only 3/4 full and most definitely not worth $5.
