The food was spectacular, and the place is so retro, I loved looking around. They even had a counter you could eat at!
Food was good but the time it took to get it was horrible! Waited at the door for 15 min to get to a table and then took 45 min to get our food. This was their second and last chance and they failed miserably
Waited 5 minutes to get seated, wasn't even busy. Another 5 minutes for a waitress. long wait for our shakes, longer wait for our burgers. They were out of Oreo's, then told they were out of bacon which took out primary order off, burgers we ordered were good tho, but the French fries tasted old and just reheated. Waitress told us goid thing we got our shakes when we did because they ran out of milk. Horrible experience, close it up and convert it to a Steak and Shake.

I've been to Johnny Rockets before, it was good. The Oshkosh location shouldn't even bear the name. Waited nearly 15 min for service after being seated in a half empty restaurant. Waitress seemed surprised we were ready to order when she finally came to our table. Our food took another 30 min to get to us. The crispy bacon avocado burger had soggy bacon and my cheeseburger was undercooked. Mother' Day 2017--- We should have walked out. Not busy. Manager never looked away from his clip board or got off the phone to help his struggling employees! 15 minutes to be greeted after the girl sat us. Missing food that was never brought out and no drink refills. We will pass on another visit. Actually helped us realize we should not eat out, just cook at home from now on!
Top notch service. Friendly fast and clean. Great atmosphere, music. The only negative was a bit messy on the burger. I didn't know all the things they pack on a burger. Hot and delish. Car show night.
