Service was slow, we waited 45 minutes for our foods.
I loved it! I'm from Milwaukee, never been there before. The waitress was amazing and the food was great. Until next time...
I was very sad that my grilled cheese tasted like a burger and had pieces of junk on it from the grill ..but my family liked there food so we will be back.
We went on a day during week. Were seated with in a couple minutes. Manager finally came and took our order. Only one waitress and manager waiting tables. Food took almost an hour to get to our table after it sat on the hot table for 15 minutes. Food wasn't very warm. My husbands fries which he paid extra for were halve raw. WIll Never go again or suggest restaurant to anyone.
Besides it taking a while to get helped the food and milk shakes where good.
I ate there yesterday with my two sons. It took a long time to have awaitress stop by to ask if we water water, drinks or to order. The food was your typical greasy burger place. I had the Route 66 and chili fries, both were good. Once the waitress did finally take our order the service was fine. I thought things were a little overpriced for what you get (think Culver's type food but more expensive). But I think that you probably pay for the gimic/atmosphere of the place. Overall, just ok. Waiting almost 30 minutes for my shake to get here. I saw it sitting in there the whole time by the time I got it it was all melted then when I got my chicken strips and cheese curds the strips were burnt couldn't even finish them and then the cheese curds were over cooked and rubbery. Not impressed one bit.
