Terrible terrible service! Food was good but will not be returning.
Floor is slippery, and an elderly guest had fallen as we were coming in. Our server was rude and snippy with my children (we were here for my sons birthday). The food was mediocre at best. Portions were very small for the price. Took forever to get our shakes and food, and it was all very simple...4 kids meals. My 10 year old who will eat anything you put in front of him, didn't eat more than 1/4 of a grilled cheese, as it looked like it had been sitting out for hours, and the 9 in. Waited in line to be seated for a few minutes, no biggie. Was seated, got our drinks within a few minutes..great. Sat there with our menus for 25-30 minutes until our waitress came back to take our order. I had to ask another server twice within that time to get our server so we could order. Took another 20-25 minutes to get our food. My kids mini burgers were burnt, she took one bite and didn't eat the rest. Glad the waitress gave us a discount. Dont think I will be going back though. The service was terrible and the food was nasty!! We waited 10 minutes before someone noticed we were never had menus and after we finally ordered and got our food the order wasn't correct! Our server never checked on me and my family the whole time we dined! Horrible is all I can say! We will never eat here again!
Can't understand some of the bad reviews. I've always had good food and service.
We had our drinks and ordered by 6:31 this evening. By 7:35 we were never refilled nor did we receive any of our food. Never checked on ....... So, we left! I have never had such poor service.
Disappointing visit this evening. When my friend and I walked in for milkshakes, there were 2 couples waiting in front of us. There were 2 booths and a table needing bussing, but nobody doing it. A waitress walked up to the first couple and asked how many people, there were two. She went and cleared a table, got menus and seated them.
