This was worst service ever!!! I will not be going back here ever. Iwill tell my friends that too.
Just got done with lunch 3/31/15. NOT GOOD! Service was slow, Shakes were runny and came after our meals. Hot dogs were inedible, buns were hard. French Fries were cold!! Don't go.
Waited for over an hour for our food. Our waiter never even came by our table once to see if we were OK. The hostess came by and told us our food would be free. A half an hour later still no food!! Several people had eaten and left and it wasn't even busy! Worst service ever!!
I really want to love this place but the fact that they seem to have a high turnover rate comes through in their discombobulated service. Today we had 2 servers competing for our order and checking in on us...every 3-4minutes; a little excessive and annoying. Then when I asked for napkins (we never got any with our table setting) because my son was using his pants, we got ketchup smiley faces instead, while I watched our other waitress take our napkins to a different table. Always great food and service! Love Johnny Rockets in Oshkosh!
Food was ok. Service was terrible. Didn't bring two of our drinks until 10 minutes after the food and waited a half hour for two of the orders of fries.
Food was bland and pricy! The fries were stale and the meat had no flavor! Save your money and do Red Robin! Service was good, and that's why I rated it fair not bad! $25 for 2 burgers, fries and drinks is out of line for what you get!
Place is amazing! When it first opened I went once a week amazing servers,food and of course entertainment!

Food was okay, but couldn't get over the horrible sweaty gym locker room smell. Not sure if it was just the day we went or not, but I have now heard several other state they smelled it too visiting days later. Needs a lot more seating as well. Dissapointed.
