I went there last night for some dinner. After I was sat - It took 10 minutes before a menu was brought -- I wasn't offered a glass of water - or any drink for that matter. -- I was then promptly ignored for 15 minutes before I left. -- I do not recommend this place. Not for anyone. Not even for people know dislike.
the food was great but the service was extremely slow, we waited about 5+ minutes before even being acknowledged to be seated. The drinks took another 15-20 minutes and we waited over 45 minutes to get our food.

Went back to school shopping yesterday day, Labor Day. My son ordered a bacon, cheeseburger to go and within two hours of eating it became violently ill, vomiting and diarrhea. We will never eat here again.
Nice milkshakes the burgers were not worth the price. Fun environment & theme....
It was more like no service. Horrible customer service! Never had a server or anyone treat me the way that they did. Very unsatisfactory service! Will not be back. I hope your staff is also fired at this location. They stood around more than they serviced their customers. Very disgusting and disappointed in everything.
