AA Agent was very helpful. Put me on an earlier flight, which was better for me. The airport had a power outage earlier and the screens at the gates had the wrong information and were confussing passengers. I think this should have been corrected instantly.

I am visually impaired. When I asked an employee for assistance finding security she did not offer to take me there. Instead she just said " over there" and walked away.

Easy in & out. Never crowded compared to LAX. Luv it!
